Client Engagement & Proposal Specialist

Our client seeks a dynamic Client Engagement & Proposal Specialist to join their Business Development team. In this role, you will craft tailored proposals, manage the HubSpot sales pipeline, support contracts, and design compelling sales materials, working closely with the CEO and CRO to foster client relationships and optimize workflows.

Location:

Fully Remote (Work from Home), 9 AM - 5 PM EST

Key Responsibilities:

  • Proposal Development: Craft persuasive proposals tailored to specific customer needs and preferences, addressing pain points and demonstrating value propositions.

  • Contracts: Assist with drafting initial contracts, coordinating signatures via DocuSign, and submitting finalized agreements to the Operations Department.

  • Sales Materials: Design professional, visually appealing sales materials (e.g., sales decks, proposals, creative materials) using Canva or similar tools, showcasing exceptional attention to detail.

  • CRM Utilization & Process Improvement: Utilize HubSpot (CRM) to maintain accurate customer records, track sales activities, and analyze data for trends and improvement opportunities.

  • Backend Coordination: Oversee coordination with in-house teams, ensuring smooth project execution and effective client communication.

  • Outbound Sales Support: Support the Business Development team with prospecting, creative lead generation, and managing outbound sales agencies to ensure campaigns are effective and timely.

  • Relationship Management Support: Assist in building and nurturing relationships with clients, collaborating closely with Production and Marketing teams post-sale for seamless customer experiences.
