As a Senior Google Ads Manager, you'll be responsible for managing and optimizing Google Ads campaigns across multiple platforms including Shopping, Search, YouTube, and PMax. This role involves developing strategies, setting up and optimizing campaigns, analyzing performance, and working closely with creative teams to ensure the ad creatives align with campaign goals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Google Ads Management: Manage and optimize Google Ads campaigns across Shopping, Search, YouTube, and PMax, ensuring they meet performance goals.

  • Strategy and Direction: Own end-to-end Google Ads campaign execution: strategy, setup, optimization, and reporting.

  • Creative Feedback: Work closely with creative teams to brief and test ad creatives.

  • A/B Testing: Execute and analyze A/B tests for different ad angles and creative strategies, pivoting based on performance data to enhance outcomes.

  • Analytics and Reporting: Leverage analytics tools like GA4 and MTA platforms to monitor, assess, and report on campaign performance, focusing on performance and improving ROI.

  • Understanding Consumer Behavior: Analyze both consumer behavior and performance data to fuel growth and efficiency in advertising.
