Job Description:As the CRM Manager, you will take ownership of developing and implementing customer relationship management strategies that focus on building stronger connections with our existing customers and most importantly, maximizing our sales.
Your goal will be to drive customer retention, enhance engagement, and maximize lifetime value through personalized and data-driven communication. This role requires a hands-on approach to lifecycle campaign management, customer segmentation, and performance analysis to ensure we are meeting business goals effectively.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Strategy Development:
Create and execute comprehensive CRM strategies aimed at improving customer loyalty and driving repeat business.
Identify opportunities to enhance the customer journey and implement strategies to address gaps.
2. Campaign Management:
Design, manage, and optimize lifecycle marketing campaigns on Leanplum across channels, including email, WhatsApp, push notifications, and in-app messaging.
Ensure campaigns are personalized, relevant, and aligned with customer segments.
3. Customer Insights and Segmentation:
Leverage customer data to identify key segments, behaviors, and preferences.
Continuously refine segmentation strategies to deliver tailored messages and offers based on feedback from customers done through CRM insight goals.
4. Collaboration:
Work closely with marketing, product, and data teams to ensure a unified customer experience.
Partner with creative teams to produce compelling CRM content that resonates with target audiences.
5. Performance Analysis:
Monitor key CRM metrics - churn rates, retention rates, customer LTV and use them as a basis to drive your new campaign ideation / implementation.
Analyze campaign results and provide actionable recommendations for improvement.
Self-starter with excellent time management skills, capable of working independently and driving projects forward proactively.
