Our client is looking for a HubSpot Sales-Ops Specialist to enhance their marketing and sales operations through the strategic use of HubSpot. Key Responsibilities:
Deal Stage Management: Oversee all deal stages within HubSpot to ensure smooth progression and tracking.
Pipeline Creation: Design and implement pipelines that streamline the lead management process.
Workflow and Automation: Develop workflows and automations that enhance the efficiency of sales and marketing operations.
Email Campaigns: Craft and execute email campaigns that engage and nurture leads.
Task and Report Generation: Create tasks for team follow-up and generate reports for insights into performance and areas for improvement.
Software Integrations: Ensure systems within the prospecting ecosystem connect with each other to capture relevant data across platforms.

Ability to generate meaningful tasks and reports that contribute to team efficiency and performance insights.
