Our client is looking for an organized, detail-oriented Lifecycle Associate to support their brand marketing initiatives by ensuring all customer-facing digital content meets their quality standards and aligns with their brand voice and visual identity. This role will serve as a key liaison across their teams, focused on email and site page updates, helping to contribute to overall marketing success. Our client sells fitness training products and they also provide fitness consultations.
Location: Fully Remote (Work from Home), 9 AM - 5 PM EST
Key Responsibilities:
Maintain and update email tasks within Monday.com, providing status updates as needed.
Provide strategic creative feedback in Figma, ensuring emails align with brand voice, look, and feel.
Oversee end-to-end QA for all email and SMS campaigns, reviewing data accuracy, links, copy, and imagery to ensure adherence to brand standards and performance objectives.
Conduct thorough QA of new landing page functionality and product detail pages (PDPs) for both desktop and mobile platforms.
Assist in building out and updating collection pages, ensuring consistency across the site.
Ensure that each targeted customer segment is accurately included in campaigns, supporting efficient and effective segmentation.
Serve as the primary contact for other departments (Sales, Education) to coordinate email needs, schedules, and quarterly campaigns.
Act as a liaison to facilitate alignment on email and website assets across teams, maintaining a positive and proactive approach to collaboration.
Review email and SMS performance metrics to derive actionable insights and make recommendations for optimization to meet business goals.
Contribute to strategy discussions on email layout, subject lines, and preview text, leveraging data to enhance engagement.
Support the overall review process by providing informed feedback on internal requests.
Stay up-to-date with Canto for image management and brand assets, ensuring consistency across all visuals.
Requirements:
Four-year degree in Marketing or related field.
Email marketing experience and knowledge are a plus.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Excellent attention to detail and can multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
The fitness industry is a plus.
