Paid Marketing Specialist

A fast-growing AI company transforming how enterprises manage data, workflows, and automation. The team is small but seasoned, with a vision to modernize operations for knowledge-based industries using advanced AI tooling. Fully-Remote (Work from Home), 9 AM - 1 PM EST

Role Overview:
This is a part-time (20 hours/week) role for a Paid Marketing Specialist who will lead early paid acquisition efforts across Google Search and LinkedIn. The ideal candidate is experienced, analytical, and resourceful, able to stretch a limited budget and quickly test and iterate. You’ll also support light content writing for LinkedIn as a secondary function, though the primary focus is on paid strategy and execution.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan, launch, and manage paid marketing campaigns on Google Search and LinkedIn.

  • Analyze performance data to optimize campaign structure, targeting, and creative.

  • Evaluate and report on ad performance, identifying levers for improvement.

  • Identify gaps in conversion (copy, audience, landing page, etc.) and suggest solutions.

  • Create short-form LinkedIn copy as needed for promoted posts or organic tie-ins.

  • Collaborate with the internal team to align messaging and positioning.

  • Provide strategic insights to guide budget allocation and channel priorities.

Must-Have Qualifications:

  • 3+ years of experience running Google and/or LinkedIn ad campaigns.

  • Strong knowledge of full-funnel B2B paid strategies.

  • Experience managing campaigns for early-stage startups or emerging tech companies.

  • Demonstrated ability to work independently and make data-driven decisions.

  • Fluent in English, with strong written communication skills.

  • Proficient in campaign tools (Google Ads, LinkedIn Campaign Manager) and analytics platforms (e.g., Google Analytics).
