We are looking for a Paid Media Graphic Designer focused exclusively on designing high-performing paid media assets across Meta, Pinterest, Amazon, and Google campaigns.

You’ll be responsible for crafting visuals that drive brand visibility, customer engagement, and conversions. Working closely with the Director of Growth and our marketing team, you’ll play a critical role in executing our paid media strategy and achieving growth goals.

Basic video editing knowledge is a bonus, though not required, for supporting dynamic ad formats.


Location: Fully remote (
Work from home), 9 AM - 6 PM EST

Key Responsibilities:

  • Paid Media Design: Create conversion-focused ad creatives for social media, Amazon, and search campaigns that align with brand standards and performance objectives.

  • Visual Storytelling: Develop compelling visuals that capture attention and engage audiences, specifically for paid channels.

  • Brand Consistency: Ensure all paid media assets are cohesive with our brand identity and messaging across platforms.

  • High-Quality Output: Consistently deliver a high volume of high-quality designs daily to support fast-paced campaign needs.

  • Campaign Optimization: Work with the Director of Growth to refine creative assets based on campaign performance insights and A/B test results.

  • Cross-functional Collaboration: Collaborate with the marketing and digital teams to align ad creative with campaign goals and messaging.

  • Asset Management: Organize and maintain a library of digital assets, optimizing workflow for efficient campaign updates.

Qualifications:

  • Experience: 2+ years in graphic design focused on paid media for e-commerce or DTC brands.

  • Design Tools: Proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and familiarity with Figma or similar tools.

  • Platform Knowledge: Experience creating assets specifically for social media, Amazon, and search paid campaigns.
