Project Coordinator

We are hiring a Project Coordinator in Ann Arbor, MI! In this role, you will support the commercial consulting team by helping schedule assignments for field testing professionals, updating project files and documents, and manage and track inventory.


Responsibilities
  • Effectively manage incoming inquiries; identify and access customer’s needs to company’s standards.​
  • Drafts proposals and any other paperwork and sending it to the appropriate individuals​.
  • Provide accurate, valid, and complete information by using the right methods/tools.​
  • Liaise between estimators and customers to schedule jobs correctly.
  • Proofread job contracts written by estimators​.
  • Review permits for subcontractors.
  • Create daily schedules Schedule appointments, process orders, and prepare monthly reports.​
  • Keep records of customer interactions, process customer accounts, file documents, and enter data into company’s CRM.​
  • Build sustainable relationships and trust with customers through open and interactive communication​.
  • Other duties as assigned.


Requirements
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and Adobe Acrobat
  • Ability to coordinate and communicate efficiently with multiple moving parts and various levels of management and team members.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills.
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines.


Education
  • Associate degree preferred.
  • At least two years of experience in customer service, scheduling, project coordination, etc.
  • Experience providing administrative and operational support to management.


Physical Demands and Work Environment
  • This job operates primarily in an office environment and routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers, phones, photocopiers, filing cabinets, etc. 
  • Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer. 
  • Must be able to regularly lift 25 pounds. 


$18 - $18 a year
The compensation for this role is starting at $18.00/hr. Compensation varies based on skill, experience, and location This position is also eligible for competitive benefits and travel reimbursement.
