The Full-Stack Technology Leader is responsible for maintaining, securing, connecting and innovating technology across the organization. This role involves leveraging emerging technologies, optimizing business processes, and driving innovation to enhance efficiency, customer experience, and overall business performance. The Full-Stack Technology Leader will collaborate with various departments, ensuring alignment between technology and business objectives.
· An elite developer and systems architect who can design, code, and deploy full platforms from scratch.
· A polyglot engineer who stays ahead of emerging languages, frameworks, and architectural patterns.
· A technology strategist who can align tech choices with business outcomes — but you love building things hands-on.
· A future team builder who knows how to hire, mentor, and scale a high-performance engineering team after the initial product is built.
· You thrive in ambiguity and are energized by solving hard problems fast.
Build & Architect from Scratch:
· Hands-on development of our initial product, working across the stack (frontend, backend, cloud infrastructure).
· Choose the right technologies — balancing cutting-edge tools with practical, scalable solutions.
· Rapidly prototype and iterate based on market and customer feedback.
Technology Strategy & Future Leadership:
· Develop a technology roadmap that evolves from MVP to scalable platform.
· Own the architecture for seamless integration with third-party tools and future internal services.
· After initial build, lead hiring and mentoring of a world-class development team.
Security & Scalability:
· Build with security, performance, and long-term maintainability in mind from day one.
· Stay ahead of emerging threats and tech trends.
Cross-Department Collaboration:
· Work closely with founders, sales, and operations to align technology with business goals.
· Enable data-driven decision-making through smart data architecture and analytics tools.
· Help design and improve client-facing technology (portals, dashboards, AI tools).
· 8+ years of full-stack engineering experience with modern technologies (you should have deep experience across multiple languages and frameworks — think Python, Go, Rust, Node.js, PHP, React, etc.).
· Expertise in cloud infrastructure (AWS, GCP, Azure) and CI/CD pipelines.
· Experience architecting scalable platforms, including microservices, data pipelines, and third-party integrations.
· Security-first mindset — encryption, access control, compliance.
· Strong communicator who can explain technical tradeoffs to non-technical stakeholders.
· Past experience building (or significantly contributing to) a product from 0 to 1 is a huge plus.
· Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science or a related field.
· 10+ years of experience in IT, digital strategy.
· Expertise in IT infrastructure, cloud computing, AI, automation, data analytics, and cybersecurity.
· Strong understanding of agile methodologies, DevOps, and digital ecosystems.
