I work with the best team. They're all a bunch of experts in their fields, and they're caring and compassionate and quirky and I just, I love everybody. We've gotten to have some really fun activities as things started opening up before staff meetings. A few of the things were goat yoga and Halloween costumes and different dice games and different fun activities that we've gotten to do. But overall, I love collaborating with these people. The role (and team) supports the RCS Analytics team, leadership, and its stakeholders/customers. This position is seen as an accountable Business Analyst Sr for analytics-related activities. This role also supports various administrative and customer facing activities including, but not limited to intake/triage management, artifact management, policies & procedures, effort/time estimation, product training, Data Governance & Evangelism, inventory review with customers/leadership, resource onboarding, analytics ecosystem management, etc. The role may also serve in cross functional capacity on projects and initiatives.Providence caregivers are not simply valued – they’re invaluable. Or equivalent educ/experience.• Bachelor's Degree Data Science, Analytics, Finance, Engineering, Mathematics, Computer Science, Business Administration, Health Administration, Public Health, Public Administration, or related discipline.• 2 – 3 years Revenue Cycle Experience.• 5 years Strong SQL programming skills.
