Operations Specialist

Hledáš neotřelou a neustále se vyvíjející práci v back-office a chceš nahlédnout do mladého odvětví prop tradingu? Do našeho týmu PropGuru hledáme posilu. Našim B2B klientům nabízíme infrastrukturu a důležité know-how kolem fintech odvětví prop tradingu. A hledáme zodpovědného, systematického člověka, který se bude starat o pravidelné zpracování finančních transakcí našich klientů, kterým služby dodáváme.


Potřebujeme pomoct s operativou. Klienti si naše služby předplácí, tedy každý den je třeba párovat platby, kontrolovat stavy účtů a počítat a rozesílat nové faktury. Čeká tě tak především práce s Excelem. Ale protože je nás v týmu opravdu málo (v tuto chvíli dva lidi), rádi tě postupně zahrneme do dalších částí naší malé divize.


Nepředstavuj si Purple jako velký korporát s manažerským žebříkem. Raději pracujeme v relativně menších a flexibilních týmech v čele s určenými team leadery, kteří na přímo a bez zbytečného protahování komunikují s managementem. A PropGuru je toho docela jasným příkladem. Tým o dvou lidech má za podpory celé Purple skupiny na zodpovědnost tento fintech startup.


Co u nás budeš dělat:
  • Párování příchozích plateb a záznam do interní databáze.
  • Zasílání emailových připomínek klientům při opoždění plateb za vystavené faktury a správa tohoto procesu.
  • Příprava zálohových faktur a rozesílání klientům.
  • Správa interního softwaru pro předplatné služeb (zasílání notifikací klientům, kalkulace fakturovaných částek, navyšování kreditu na základě přijatých plateb, troubleshooting).
  • Pomoc při správě klientské databáze a interních systémů, které reportují KPIs a finanční data.
  • Pomoc při onboardingu nových klientů, sběr KYC dokumentů a dalších korporátních informací.
  • Komunikace s interními týmy napříč skupinou Purple.


Jak si tě představujeme:
  • Máš základní znalost MS Excel (pokud ti něco říká pojem SUM, bude to stačit, komplikovanější vzorce tě rádi naučíme).
  • Práci v tabulkách nejen zvládáš, ale také tě baví mít v nich pořádek a vzorce neustále upravovat a vylepšovat.
  • Pečlivost a důslednost je nutnost. Hledáme někoho, kdo se dokáže soustředit a je precizní při práci s citlivými finančními daty a dokumenty.
  • Jsi flexibilní a umíš se přizpůsobit měnícím se prioritám.
  • Umíš pracovat jak samostatně, tak i v týmu.
  • Máš schopnost tvořit, dodržovat a zefektivňovat procesy.
  • Nebojíš se psát i mluvit v angličtině (alespoň B2).
