The Team
This role sits in the Global Brand Marketing structure that defines and executes the brand strategy and creative content for Tommy Hilfiger globally. Within that sits our Creative Direction team, which is made up of Art Directors and Designers. This team is the internal creative agency that concepts, shoots, selects, designs and builds large volumes of consumer-facing content. It is a brief-driven organization that executes against the TH Global Brand Playbook for all projects and campaigns. It also acts as a key contributor and guardian to those guidelines.

The Position
As part of the design function within the Creative Direction team, the Brand Designer, Senior Specialist including Media brings the Tommy Hilfiger brand to life through the creation of digital and print materials – including newsletters, website pages, point-of-sale materials, event collateral, lookbooks, packaging and more – that uphold the brand’s aesthetic and align with our marketing goals. This role is also responsible for ensuring all media and content adaptations are aligned with the company's brand identity and visual guidelines, able to design multimedia content and produce and edit video, animations and motion graphics for marketing assets, social media and brand story telling.
Key Responsibilities
Your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:
Concept, design, and deliver graphic design projects assigned by the Operations team, on time and to spec.
Partner with E-Commerce stakeholders to develop and update weekly digital content.
Collaborate with CRM teams to design and produce newsletters and emailers, following established wireframes, timelines, and business objectives.
Support 360° marketing initiatives through design assets such as in-situ mockups, layouts, internal decks, and presentations.
Ensure all creative output is aligned with the Tommy Hilfiger brand standards, with guidance from the Senior Creative and Brand Directors.
Produce multimedia content including video edits, animations, and motion graphics tailored for marketing and social media.
Stay ahead of industry trends and implement design best practices that elevate brand communication and creative output.
The Ideal Candidate
3 years of similar or related graphic design work experience, ideally within the fashion industry.
Deep working knowledge of design/animation tools incl. full Adobe creative suite, Figma and After Effects.
Understanding of typography, color theory, and layout design.
Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment.
Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
Strong communication skills and ability to receive and implement feedback.
