Position Summary
As a Central Scheduling Specialist, you will play a key role in managing the administrative duties associated with scheduling and patient registration. You will handle a significant volume of inbound calls, guiding patients through the appointment scheduling process for our various practice locations. Your exemplary customer service and attentive listening skills will ensure that patients feel valued and understood right from their first interaction.
High School Diploma required; Associate's Degree preferred.
1 year of customer service experience in healthcare settings preferred.
Strong communication skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
Proficiency in using scheduling software and general computer applications.
