As a software engineer at Qualtrics, you will be building systems to help our customers both understand and respond to the experience data provided by their customers or employees. Engineering Services (ES) plays an important role in the Qualtrics mission to "Build technology that closes experience gaps". The team is at the forefront of the relationship between Qualtrics and our customers. Our mission: We are the incubation engine for Qualtrics, powered by our deep relationships with our most sophisticated and strategic customers and our ability to rapidly capture value from emerging opportunities.

How You’ll Grow

Things You’ll Do 

  • Design distributed, low-latency services to ingest, process, and aggregate data.
  • Build integrations with major SaaS platforms including Slack, Salesforce, and Tableau.
  • Create advanced analytics that identify trends and sentiments in free-form text data through natural language processing and machine learning techniques.
  • Develop widgets for clear data visualizations in dashboards and reports.
  • Architect and deliver innovative full-stack solutions to effectively meet customer needs.

What We’re Looking For On Your Resume

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science or a related field.
  • Experience in software engineering roles, with a focus on software design and implementation.
  • Proficiency in modern programming languages (Java, PHP, Scala).
  • Experience with web-related technologies such as HTML/CSS and JavaScript.
  • Familiarity with JavaScript frameworks, including Angular or Node.js.
  • Strong knowledge of database/data storage technologies (SQL/MySQL).
  • Must be legally authorized to work in job location without Qualtrics sponsorship now or in the future
