Position: Web Designer (WordPress & SEO Specialist)

• To Start Part-Time (with the potential to turn into a Full Time Role)
• Salary: $6-$7/Hour - commensurate with experience
• Willing to work during EST Hours

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and develop visually appealing, user-friendly websites using WordPress.
• Customize themes, templates, and plugins to align with client branding.
• Implement SEO best practices to improve website rankings and drive organic traffic.
• Optimize website performance, including speed, responsiveness, and overall UX/UI.
• Conduct regular website maintenance, updates, and troubleshooting.
• Collaborate with clients and internal teams to understand project requirements and deliver effective solutions.
• Stay updated on design trends, SEO strategies, and WordPress advancements.

• Proven experience as a Web Designer with a strong WordPress portfolio.
• Proficiency in HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
• Solid knowledge of SEO strategies, including keyword research, meta descriptions, and on-page optimization.
• Experience with website analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Google Search Console).
• Strong design sense with attention to detail and brand consistency.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to meet deadlines.
• Knowledge of graphic design tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Photoshop, etc.).
• Experience managing multiple projects simultaneously.
