Currently, we are looking for:
Responsibilities:
Processing new vendor account setups and changes, ensuring that, where appropriate, regulatory and compliance documents are secured from the vendor before issuing payments
Securing and verifying any sensitive data changes
Checking vendor’s credibility using 3rd party systems, such as credit reporting agencies
Contract review to ensure full compliance with QVC terms and conditions
Keeping vendor record up to date, including periodical vendor inactivation process
Strong cooperation with the Accounts Payable Team in terms of the payment process
Any other ad hoc tasks assigned by the GBS Management Team.
We are looking for candidates who:
Present good command of English (at least B2 level)
Present excellent communication and numeric skills, with good attention to detail
Have the ability to adapt when, due to business demands, deadlines and priorities change
Present the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously
Previous experience in Accounts Payable or Vendor Master Data Management will be a strong asset
Have an educational background in finance/accounting-related fields (will be a strong asset)
