As an Area Vice President, you will develop and execute sales plans, lead conversations and build deep relationships with health system executives, and manage the sales process from start to finish while helping to shape the future of our go-to-market approach.
Develop and execute a territory sales plan aligned with the company’s go-to-market strategy.
Meet interaction and meeting goals through networking, prospecting, and leading conversion.
Manage the sales process from initial contact through to deal closure.
Be accountable for achieving territory sales targets.
Become an expert on product use cases, technology platform, and future vision; lead discussions with various health system contacts.
Deliver product demos that simplify complex technical concepts.
Collaborate with leadership to continuously improve product positioning and pricing.
Work closely with sales and marketing to define sales processes and strategies.
Use Salesforce to keep all territory activity, opportunities, and forecasting updated.
8+ years of experience selling complex solutions to hospitals and health systems.
Strong strategic thinking and written / verbal communication skills
Detail orientation and aptitude at project management
Proven ability to build trust in executive relationships and effectively communicate across teams.
Strong understanding of hospital operations and economics.
Experience with end-to-end sales processes, from prospecting to needs assessment/problem articulation to closing.
Ability to travel periodically (approximately 50%).
Experience leading product demonstrations in the healthcare space.
Strategic business development or management consulting experience
An MBA, or equivalent higher education in a related field.
Proven success in working with cross-functional teams to optimize sales processes.
The salary for this role is leading for the industry for strategic consultants and senior executive sellers with an uncapped upside. Salary is just one component of Qventus’ total package. The salary range for this role is ($120,000 to $160,000) + OTE. This salary represents market data's middle to the high end across different geographies. We consider several factors when determining compensation, including location, experience, and the role’s responsibilities. Salary/OTE is just one component of Qventus’ total rewards package.
