In this exciting role, you'll be at the heart of driving business growth, optimizing costs, and uncovering opportunities across the GYG network. You’ll collaborate effortlessly with our operations, people experience, and supply chain teams to provide insightful financial analysis that fuels informed decision-making. As a Commercial Finance Analyst, you’ll prepare and distribute comprehensive P&L reports for our corporate restaurants, digging deep into key metrics and driving financial performance. Your keen analytical skills will shine as you analyze key cost drivers like labor and goods, providing vital weekly KPI insights to our operations teams. Beyond the corporate landscape, you’ll assess the impacts of commodity price fluctuations throughout the supply chain and maintain up-to-date listings for our menu items.
