Location: Remote - US. Candidates MUST be based in the US to be considered.  

Work Schedule: 9 AM - 6 PM ET

Job Summary: 

As an Agent Onboarding Specialist, you are responsible for creating a seamless process for agents to join REAL - and get up and running with their business. You will be one of the first points of contact for agents joining REAL - helping to answer their questions, explain about REAL, and guide them through their application and onboarding process. You will also serve as a process and task master - ensuring everything is done to onboard the agent. The Onboarding Team is organized regionally and you will be the go-to process person for your region. 

Duties/Responsibilities: 

  • Facilitate Onboarding: Manage the agent’s application from submission to approval; facilitate the license transfer with help from the Broker Team; review all items for compliance; approve the application; and help the agent get set up after approval. 

  • Agent Support: Guide agents through the onboarding process; answer any questions they have regarding their application; the license transfer process; how to join their Board/MLS; how to transfer listings and transactions; and how to get set up at Real. 

  • Process Development: Develop and manage the license transfer and Board/MLS transfer processes for your region; including approved communications/responses to agents.  

  • Stakeholder Management: Work with the Broker team to understand the processes and requirements for your region; build processes and guidance to help agents navigate both Real’s processes and State, Board, and MLS processes. 

Required Skills/Abilities: 

  • Strong attention to detail with ability to prioritize and handle multiple tasks.

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills .

  • Excellent problem-solving skills; ability to troubleshoot, identify improvements, and make simple decisions independently.

  • Strong team player with a results driven approach.

  • Ability to work with sensitive and confidential information.

  • Experience onboarding large real estate teams and/or working with real estate teams is strongly preferred

Education and Experience: 

  • 2+ years of experience in a real estate brokerage or a related industry

  • 2+ years of onboarding experience in real estate or a similar company, system, or platform

  • Experience in resolving customer issues

  • Proficiency with standard software, including Google Suite, MS Office, Adobe Sign, Zendesk, and Pipedrive (or other CRM)

  • Bachelor’s degree preferred
