Quality Assurance Administrator (Remote)
This is a full-time, remote, and teamwork and engagement-oriented position. You can expect to travel monthly.

- Savvy with your laptop and smartphone; you enjoy learning new systems and programs
- You enjoy data analysis and looking for root problems in non-binary problems
- Review and verify incoming video quality using the client guidelines
- Provide feedback/coaching for video scouts
- Travel to different states to conduct undercover evaluations for our clients
- Fill out reports after conducting the undercover evaluations
- Miscellaneous tasks assigned through SalesForce
- Assist with developing supporting training material and systems
- Proficient in using Google Suite, including sheets, calendars and slides
- Excellent written and verbal communication over email/phone
- Ability to travel, occasionally on short notice
- Availability to work some weekends
- Stable internet connection
- Some experience with photo, video or editing preferred but not required.
- Available to start immediately
- $17.00/hour
- This is a full-time hourly job, working remotely at home, except when traveling
