About the job The Customer Life Cycle Marketing team is looking for a Principal Program Marketing Manager to guide the strategy and delivery of adoption, retention, and renewals initiatives for key Red Hat's offerings in Raleigh, NC. In this role, you will define marketing strategies that guide customer engagement throughout the post-sales life cycle. You will work with key cross-functional stakeholders across Red Hat to set customer marketing goals, define content needs, and launch campaigns supporting organizational priorities. This role is a combination of strategic and tactical marketing management, and you'll need to show a solid understanding of integrated marketing strategies. What you will do Define marketing strategies and tactical plans for Red Hat's customer life cycle marketing programs to increase customer engagement, adoption, and retention Develop a cohesive marketing strategy for customers of key Red Hat's offerings, considering the goals, tactics, and messaging that... will guide a cohesive post-sales customer journey Coordinate with the Business Unit and cross-functional teams to determine measurable customer marketing goals and key audiences and segmentation aligned with those goals Propose customer marketing campaigns supporting Business Unit and corporate goals, including internal enablement and external digital campaigns Design, create, and implement nurture campaigns to successfully increase engagement and retention, in partnership with Digital Strategy and Activation and Business Unit teams Partner with email marketing manager and other digital channel managers to guide product adoption and renewal opportunities that align with Business Unit's goals and objectives Map, align, and monitor programs across all customer touchpoints to manage the best customer experience Optimize customer marketing campaigns to achieve the highest quality results What you will bring 10
years of business-to-business (B2B) technology marketing experience Ability to develop and implement effective, integrated marketing programs Ability to work effectively and achieve consensus among geographically distributed, cross-functional teams Keen understanding of personas-based marketing, customer targeting and segmentation, the buyer's journey, lead process, and funnel reporting Exceptional communication, organizational, problem-solving, and relationship management skills Ability to thrive in a fast-paced changing environment Knowledge of open source, software, cloud, virtualization, and middleware is a plus
Salary Range:
$150K -- $200K
