Senior Sales Enablement Program Manager - Onboarding & Comms
Reddit is seeking a Senior Sales Enablement Program Manager to oversee onboarding new sales team members and drive communication efforts within the Sales Organization to maximize the power of communities with Reddit Ads.

Responsibilities
- Manage all aspects of sales new hire experience to reduce sales ramp time
- Execute various training methods for learning retention
- Define program metrics and assess impact/success

- Measure and report on the effectiveness of communication strategies
