Product Designer

ROLE Senior Product Designer (L5+)

We are looking for a Senior Product Designer with a passion for finding solutions that allow customers to intuitively use our products. The ideal candidate will be skilled at each stage of the design process but always focused on the needs of the customer.

You will work with other designers and cross-functional team members and will rely heavily on both qualitative and quantitative data to make informed decisions.

Join us at Reevo Inc., where our initial focus on enhancing workflows for Account Executives (AE) and Sales Development Representatives (SDR) has laid the foundation for our ambitious goal to build an end-to-end solution designed to replace the existing sales tech stack. We have raised $40M led by Khosla Ventures. This is your opportunity to be a pivotal part of a dynamic team set out to redefine sales.

LOCATION On-site, Santa Clara / Remote

ABOUT REEVO

Reevo is a fast-growing startup at the forefront of AI-driven sales and revenue operations. Our mission is to simplify complex processes for mid-market and SMBs, enabling them to scale efficiently through intelligent, integrated platforms.

The sales platforms software market is projected to grow from $72 billion in 2022 to $193 billion in 2032, driven by the demand for digital sales tools. Out of the total sales tech market, CRM makes up $46 billion.

However, Sales orgs have bloated tech stacks ranging from 10 (sales org of ~25 people) to 20+ (sales org of ~250 people) different point solutions. Companies are looking to significantly simplify their tech stack and have it work for them instead of the other way around. Every sales tool claims to create an all-in-one revenue platform, but nobody is fulfilling that promise.

This tech stack is costly and hinders sales productivity:

  1. Productivity lost - when reps update CRM, it takes 2-4 hours / week through the help of UX tools

  2. Revenue lost - CRM data is “garbage in, garbage out” and CRM’s data visualization / drill-down capabilities are very poor. Visibility into what’s working and what’s not is very low. This means no predictive or real-time insights to guide executives in decision-making.

  3. Software cost - adding tools that marginally helps sales team productivity

  4. Headcount cost - hiring Sales / Revenue Ops teams just to wrangle the tech stack and surface insights

Reevo’s vision: revolutionize sales by delivering revenue in a box:

  • All activities happen in an AI-native operating platform with features that help teams sell

  • Unified data layer that’s context-rich

  • Form insights for coaching sales teams and making better strategic decisions

WHO YOU ARE:

You thrive in fast-paced environments. At this stage we’re still learning. You will wear the product hat along with engineers and business stakeholders on the founding team to focus on high impact work.

You can work through ambiguity. Your experience will enable you to focus on the elements that matter most and drive clear insights that inform the team’s priorities.

You like to build and ship. You have opinions and can drive forward to delivery. You think strategically about prioritization.

You communicate and collaborate effectively. You know how to deliver the right message to the relevant audience at the appropriate level of detail. You co-create solutions that are better than the sum of individuals’ ideas. You embrace intellectual friction as a feature of improvement, not a relationship bug.

WHAT YOU WILL DO

Drive the Design Process: Lead end-to-end product design from concept to launch by collaborating with cross-functional teams, conducting user research to define requirements, and shaping product strategy to achieve product-market fit.

Champion the User: Continuously advocate for users by incorporating feedback and ensuring the design process centers on their needs.

Iterate Rapidly: Develop wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs, iterating quickly based on user feedback and business goals.

Ensure Quality: Work closely with engineers to ensure high-quality implementation and seamless user experiences.

Refine Design Language: Establish and evolve a standardized design system to ensure consistency and quality across all products.

Analyze and Improve: Identify opportunities for product improvements through user feedback and competitive analysis.

WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR

  • 5+ Years in B2B SaaS: Proven experience designing for business software.

  • Full-Stack Design Skills: Proficient in user research, wireframing, prototyping, visual and interaction design, and usability testing.

  • Complex Interaction Design: Skilled at solving intricate design challenges.

  • User-Focused: Intuitively understand and creatively address customer needs.

  • Attention to Detail: Committed to delivering high-quality, polished work.

  • Collaborative: Effective team player with engineers, PMs, and stakeholders.

  • Feedback-Oriented: Skilled at gathering and applying feedback.

  • Always Improving: Continuously challenges the status quo to enhance designs.
