Renaissance is seeking an Associate Customer Success Manager to ensure that educators achieve maximum value from their personalized learning solutions. This role focuses on managing District and School level accounts, driving customer satisfaction, retention, and successful implementations.
Responsibilities: Manage customer accounts, drive user adoption, develop communication strategies, monitor account health, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and strategize for long-term customer success.
Skills: Strong relationship-building skills, project management, technical proficiency with software, excellent verbal and written communication, proactive problem-solving approach, and experience in Education and/or SaaS.
Qualifications: Background in education or SaaS, experience with large account implementations, ability to anticipate customer needs, and capacity for self-education about products and competitive landscape.
Location: Remote opportunity with a territory covering Colorado, North Dakota, South Dakota, Utah, Wyoming, and Nevada.
Compensation: $56100 - $77200 / Annually

The goal is to not only retain your customers, but to ensure that they have an exceptional experience with our platform(s) that drives successful student learning outcomes. This role manages District and School level accounts, and we are looking for you to drive successful implementations at scale while also achieving Renaissance’s business outcomes.

The level you are hired at will be determined by the interview and recruiting process. The job description is based on your book of business. Your title is based on your experience and background.

This range is based on national market data and may vary by location. The above is a base salary only, additional bonus for hitting CSM targets applies.
