Sales Retention Specialist

We’re looking for a Sales Retention Specialist to join our team! This is an exciting opportunity to come work for a 3 year in a row national Top Workplace Award winner. Renewal by Andersen is the nation’s leading replacement window and door company, with some of the best training in the industry! Responsibilities
  • Identify reasons for a canceled sale and make recommendations as needed.
  • Communicate effectively with homeowners to determine needs.
  • Set follow up appointments via outbound calls.
  • Meet or exceed appointment setting goals.
  • Provide world class customer service.
  • Coordinate with outside sales leaders to ensure program effectiveness.
  • Enter data into the system accurately.


Qualifications
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and collaborate effectively as a team member.
  • Excellent communication and phone/computer skills.
  • A positive attitude with the ability to multi-task.
  • Willingness to learn and grow in a new role.
  • 2+ years as a successful phone sales representative.
  • Call center experience, preferred.

Hourly Base Pay + Monthly Bonus combined amount to $60,000-$70,000 annually
