Senior Customer Success Manager - job 1 of 2
Rentable, a growth-stage company in the rentals industry, is looking for a Senior Customer Success Manager to drive customer relationships and retention for their Marketing Automation Suite.
Skills
- Business savvy with a consultative approach
- Proficiency with CRM systems and Google Suite Products
- Advanced communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to manage executive-level relationships and drive initiatives
Responsibilities
- Manage a portfolio of primarily Enterprise & some mid-market customers
- Identify opportunities for growth and work cross-functionality to minimize churn
- Develop strong relationships with key customer stakeholders
- Provide actionable insight and data analysis to customers
- Ensure compliance with Rentable best practices and policies
Education
- Bachelor's degree preferred but not required
