Rentable, a growth-stage company in the rentals industry, is looking for a Senior Customer Success Manager to drive customer relationships and retention for their Marketing Automation Suite.

Skills

Business savvy with a consultative approach
Proficiency with CRM systems and Google Suite Products
Advanced communication and problem-solving skills
Ability to manage executive-level relationships and drive initiatives

Responsibilities

Manage a portfolio of primarily Enterprise & some mid-market customers
Identify opportunities for growth and work cross-functionality to minimize churn
Develop strong relationships with key customer stakeholders
Provide actionable insight and data analysis to customers
Ensure compliance with Rentable best practices and policies

Education

Bachelor's degree preferred but not required
