The Role – Your Passion

  • Assigning Repair Orders: You will be responsible for assigning repair orders to our network of qualified workshops.

  • Cost Calculation: You assess vehicle damage and prepare cost estimates for repairs. Don’t worry if you’ve never done this before—we’ll teach you!

  • Invoicing: You send invoices to customers and handle any complaints that may arise.

  • Point of Contact: You will be the go-to person for colleagues and external partners.

What You Need to Surf on Our Wave

  • Solid Experience in Claims Processing or Insurance: A strong background in handling damages or working in the insurance sector.

  • Customer Orientation: You should be able to provide excellent customer service and communicate effectively with customers. As the first point of contact for our customers, it’s essential to have outstanding communication skills and always present yourself in a friendly and professional manner.

  • Affinity for Cars: Your passion for cars is at the heart of this role. You should have a strong interest in vehicles and be eager to keep learning. Your enthusiasm for cars will help you succeed in this position and provide the best service to our customers.

  • Fluent German and Good English Skills: Strong language skills are essential.
