Certified Journeyman Electrician - Airfield Lighting (DFW)

We have current opening for a Certified Journeyman Electrician for our Airfield Lighting project at Dallas Fort Worth Airport (DFW) in Dallas TX. Anticipated start date is mid January. Position has opportunity to work on various other airfield lighting projects.

Position Summary:

The Journeyman Electrician will provide leadership, efficient installation of electrical work, training, and quality control. The Journeyman may also be responsible for the development of apprentices and trainees assigned to them.

  • Must posses a current and valid Texas Journeyman Certification
    • NOTE: Include your Certification Number when applying
  • Must have electrical skills, including, but not limited to; plan reading, layout, various conduit bending, wire pulling, and ability to follow directions
  • Must be proficient with the use of hand power tools
  • Must have reliable transportation and your own hand tools

Special Considerations:

  • Airfield Runway/Runway Lighting Experience Preferred
  • Underground Experience Preferred
  • Must be eligible for airport badging process
  • Ability to work at surrounding airports

Salary information:

  • $35.00-$40.00/hr
