We’re looking for a passionate and strategic leader to join us as Head of Growth, shaping the future of decentralized finance and helping us achieve this mission.
About the Role
The Head of Growth is a foundational, high-impact role at Rubicon. You’ll take ownership of marketing, business development, and community-building, driving our growth strategy across multiple fronts. From leading Twitter (X) campaigns to managing partnerships and hosting community events, you’ll be at the heart of Rubicon’s efforts to scale our ecosystem and engage with our users.
You’ll also serve as a champion of Rubicon’s mission, using the platform to amplify our cause and be a voice for the open, democratized financial future we are building.
Key Responsibilities
Marketing: Build and execute our Twitter (X) strategy and other social campaigns to amplify Rubicon’s presence and mission.
Business Development: Manage key relationships via Telegram and other channels, secure strategic partnerships, and represent Rubicon at industry conferences.
Community Building: Host events, foster meaningful engagement, and develop programs to energize and grow our user community.
Collaborate across teams to align growth initiatives with Rubicon’s product and business goals.
Define and track KPIs to measure the impact of growth initiatives.
What We’re Looking For
Proven experience in growth marketing, business development, or community management, ideally in the Web3 or fintech space.
Exceptional communication and relationship-building skills.
A deep understanding of Twitter (X) and social media as tools for driving growth.
Comfortable with fast-paced, remote-first work environments.
A passion for blockchain, decentralized finance, and the future of open financial systems.
The ability to use product KPIs and usage data to quantify and prove the value of marketing efforts.
This is a remote role; however, there will be a strong preference for candidates based in, or willing to relocate to, Austin, TX. While we currently operate as a remote-first team, we anticipate building an office in Austin, TX in the near future. Given the seniority of this position, you would be expected to join us in Austin when the office is established.
