Our team of 100 employees specialises in the development of both software and hardware solutions for a variety of quantum applications.
We offer a wide range of services, from developing the most efficient and brightest single photons sources, to creating algorithms for quantum computers and providing cloud quantum computing solutions.  

Quandela plays a pivotal role as a strategic partner in the quantum transformation of industrial sectors such as energy, finance, pharmaceuticals, and transportation. Furthermore, we are esteemed collaborators within the academic and research community.  

  • Following a successful €50 million fundraising in 2023, we are now scaling up our commercial ventures alongside our ongoing research endeavors.   
  • Quandela has been chosen to participate in the French Tech 2030 program, which aims to bolster French companies pioneering groundbreaking innovations. 

With a strong commitment to innovation and collaboration, Quandela is building a robust ecosystem of technology, consulting, and integration partners through the Quandela Partner Network (QPN) to accelerate quantum adoption across industries. 

As Partner Recruitment Manager, you will spearhead the growth and expansion of Quandela’s global partner ecosystem.
You will be responsible for identifying, engaging, and onboarding strategic partners, including technology providers, system integrators, Quantum applications Software providers, HPCs and Datacenters, education and certification. This role is critical in driving the adoption of Quandela’s quantum computing solutions by leveraging partner relationships and fostering joint go-to-market strategies. 

You will play a pivotal role in shaping the Quandela Partner Network (QPN) by building strong partnerships that drive revenue, innovation, and customer success. 

Key Responsibilities 

Partner Recruitment & Onboarding 

  • Identify and recruit a diverse range of partners, including technology providers, system integrators, Quantum applications Software providers, HPCs and Datacenters, education and certification. 
  • Develop and execute a comprehensive partner recruitment strategy tailored to regional markets and industry sectors. 
  • Lead the end-to-end onboarding process, ensuring partners are aligned with Quandela’s vision, solutions, and go-to-market strategy. 

Strategic Partnership Development 

  • Build long-term relationships with key decision-makers and influencers within partner organizations. 
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders (Sales, Marketing, Product, and Engineering) to align partnership initiatives with business objectives. 
  • Enable recruited partners to win their first project. 

Ecosystem Enablement 

  • Work closely with Quandela’s Quantum Applications architects to ensure partners are trained and equipped with the necessary resources and knowledge. 
  • Support partners in building quantum expertise and co-developing solutions that leverage Quandela’s quantum computing platform. 
  • Organize and participate in industry events, webinars, and workshops to promote the QPN and attract new partners. 

Performance & Metrics Management 

  • Track and report on partner recruitment KPIs, including the number of partners onboarded, revenue contribution, and joint sales opportunities. 
  • Regularly review partner performance and provide feedback to ensure ongoing growth and alignment with Quandela’s strategic goals. 
  • 7+ years in partner recruitment, business development, or channel management, preferably in high-tech, SaaS, or emerging technologies. Experience in quantum computing or deep tech is a strong advantage. 
  • Network: Established network within the technology, consulting, and system integration communities. 
  • Business Acumen: Strong understanding of ecosystem development and B2B go-to-market strategies. 
  • Relationship Building: Excellent interpersonal skills with a proven track record of building and maintaining strategic partnerships. 
  • Communication: Strong presentation, negotiation, and communication skills (English is essential; additional languages are a plus). 
  • Adaptability: Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, innovative environment and work effectively across global teams. 
  • Education: Master’s degree in Business, Engineering, or related fields (MBA or equivalent is a plus).
