We are launching a new D2C product in the LegalTech/Utilities sector and seeking a Lead Engineer. This role encompasses both technical leadership and hands-on development, including building and managing a team of 4+ engineers while actively participating in coding and code reviews.
This role comes with the profit share incentive and stock option that is quite generous for this role, more details would be shared at the interview.
You will be building a strong team with high talent density who enjoy working in our fast-paced, 100% remote environment.
Lead and mentor a team of developers.
Design and scale project architectures.
Optimize team productivity.
Integrate third-party services.
Resolve conflicts and address project challenges.
Ensure high code and product quality.
Prioritize tasks strategically.
Maintain and improve existing code.
Ensure stability and performance of high-load projects.
Front-End Development: Expertise in JavaScript/TypeScript and ReactJS for building modern and responsive user interfaces.
Full-Stack Development: Experience developing and deploying full-stack applications using NextJS.
DevOps: Proficiency in setting up and managing CI/CD pipelines, along with experience with Docker, Cloudflare, and AWS cloud services.
Database Management: Solid understanding of database concepts and experience working with PostgreSQL and Redis.
Data Analysis: Familiarity with A/B testing methodologies and using analytics to measure performance and optimize campaigns.
Collaboration: Excellent communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
Problem-Solving: Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically about complex technical challenges.
