We believe that mental health is just as important as physical health. We recognize that mental health issues can be complex and multifaceted, and we are dedicated to treating the whole person, not just the symptoms.
We aim to create a world where mental health is no longer stigmatized or marginalized, but rather is embraced as an integral part of one's overall well-being.
We believe that by providing quality care that is both evidence-based and compassionate, we can empower individuals to take charge of their mental health and achieve their full potential. We are passionate about making a positive impact on the lives of those struggling with mental health issues and we strive to be a force for positive change in the field of mental healthcare.
About the Role
At Rula, we focus on the quadruple aim: Quality (patients’ clinical outcomes), Affordability (low out of pocket costs for patients), Access (patients can quickly see a high quality provider who meets their needs), and Provider well being (clinical, emotional, financial, etc.). We strongly believe that our mission and goals cannot be achieved without making Rula an incredible platform for providers.
We’re hiring a Director of Provider Experience to be accountable for building on current strengths and raising the bar not just for providers at Rula, but for the industry as a whole. Their team will be responsible for developing a strategy, creating/refining metrics and goals, architecting plans, working with cross-functional partners to staff and execute, and reporting results to executives. Initiatives will span from reducing administrative burdens to building a thriving digital provider community platform that fosters connections with each other and with Rula. Some initiatives will be wholly executed within this team, but most will require working with Product, Support, Success, Clinical, Financial Operations, Marketing, Analytics, and others. The members of this team will be single-threaded owners of provider experience metrics that will drive long-term supply growth (acquisition, retention, expansion), and revenue generation (e.g., referrals). This role will report to the Vice President of Provider Strategy & Operations, who is accountable for overall provider supply growth and experience.
Required Qualifications
8+ years of experience in strategy & operations roles with at least 4 years of process and/or product improvement in a high growth organization, for example: tech, consulting, or other fast moving environments.
Leadership: 4+ years managing high performing independent contributors (analysts and/or project managers)
Customer obsession: Demonstrated experience deeply understanding and identifying customer needs, translating them into process and product improvements, building them, and rolling them out
Ownership: Experience independently owning quantified objectives and hitting hard goals: developing metrics (KRs), creating walks/waterfalls (sub-KRs) and working both independently and with cross-functional partners to execute
Optimization: Demonstrated ability to optimize and/or create operational processes. Discovery to understand & map a complex process, identify opportunities for improvement / optimization, design and build for scale.
Project management experience with complex cross-functional teams to roll out complex programs or processes.
Proficient with analysis, particularly in Excel / Google Sheets.
Preferred Qualifications
Proficiency in SQL.
Healthcare experience, especially working with healthcare providers.
Product management experience.
While having the preferred qualifications enhances your candidacy, having all of them is not mandatory. We encourage all interested applicants to apply, even those who may not meet every preferred requirement.
