Posting SummaryRutgers, The State University of New Jersey, is seeking a HCM Senior Project Specialist for University Human Resources. Among the key duties of this position are the following: Assist with planning and coordinating all functional components of the mass implementation process for union contractual increases. Must interpret union contracts, policy guidelines, as well as federal and state laws to determine and construct formulas for reporting to explain and support decisions, prepare project proposals, cost analysis, schedules, and timelines. Assist with updating the salary tables for all units and ensures the implementation of university salary schedules for all employee types. Assist with preparing retro files and audit reports to ensure payroll retro matches up with retro audit report. Assist with updating the website with updated union scales. Assist with the review, audit, and process Faculty out of cycles and Board of Governor increases. Document and review HR current and future processes. Provide superior customer service and training to business partners on unit contracts, salary provisions and allocations and Peoplesoft HCM functionalities.
