Dental Treatment Coordinator

As a Dental Treatment Coordinator at Sage Dental, your key responsibilities will include providing exceptional customer service to patients, presenting treatment plans, and educating patients regarding their insurance benefits. You'll also be responsible for entering treatment plans into Dentrix, ensuring accuracy in patient records, and assisting in the smooth operation of the dental office.

To qualify for the Traveling Treatment Coordinator position at Sage Dental, you must have a minimum of three years of experience in a fast-paced dental office environment. Experience with dental insurances, including HMO and PPO, is required. Additionally, being bilingual in English and Spanish is essential to effectively communicate with our diverse patient base.

The work schedule for the Traveling Treatment Coordinator at Sage Dental includes Monday from 8 am to 5 pm, Wednesday from 12 pm to 7 pm, Thursday from 10 am to 6 pm, and Friday from 8 am to 5 pm. Additionally, you will work every other Saturday from 8 am to 2 pm, providing a comprehensive work-life balance.
