About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Product Manager to lead the AI Developer Experience at Sahara AI. This role is critical to the success of our AI-driven product offerings, including the AI SDK, AI API, AI Dev Dashboard, and their integration with the Sahara AI Marketplace and Sahara Blockchain. As the Product Manager for AI Developer Experience, you will fully own the end-to-end experience for AI developers utilizing Sahara's ecosystem. You will be responsible for driving the adoption and satisfaction of our AI products among developers, increasing on-chain revenue, and influencing AI technology decisions within the company. This is a high-impact role with significant visibility and growth potential as you help shape the future of AI and blockchain integration at Sahara AI.

Responsibilities

• Ownership of AI Developer Experience: Lead the development and enhancement of the AI SDK, AI API, AI Dev Dashboard, and their integration with the Sahara AI Marketplace and Blockchain.
• AI Product Monetization: Drive strategies to increase on-chain revenue from AI products while maintaining high developer satisfaction.
• Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with engineering, design, marketing, partnerships, blockchain, and marketplace teams to ensure alignment and successful execution of product initiatives.
• Technical Influence: Participate in the decision-making process for AI technologies, including decentralized frameworks, to ensure our solutions are cutting-edge and developer-friendly.
• Hypothesis Testing and PMF: Rapidly design and test hypotheses to find product-market fit (PMF) and refine the AI developer experience.
• Developer Satisfaction: Monitor and improve the Net Promoter Score (NPS) for AI developers using our products.
• Process Improvement: Identify and implement opportunities to streamline and enhance the developer experience across the Sahara AI ecosystem.
• Stakeholder Communication: Serve as a key point of contact for both technical and non-technical stakeholders, ensuring clear communication and alignment on project objectives.

Basic Qualifications

• Experience: 5+ years of product management experience, preferably in AI, developer tools, or a related field.
• Technical Proficiency: Strong understanding of AI technologies, APIs, SDKs, and developer tools.
• Leadership: Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams, with a focus on collaboration and delivering results in a fast-paced environment.
• Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively convey complex technical concepts to diverse audiences.
• Problem-Solving: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a focus on data-driven decision-making.
• Project Management: Proficiency with project management tools (e.g., ClickUp, Notion, Jira, Confluence, Asana) and collaboration platforms (e.g., Slack).
• Start-up Experience: Experience in a startup or 0-1 phase environment is highly desirable.

Preferred Qualifications

• AI Industry Experience: Direct experience in the AI or blockchain industry.
• Developer Experience: Experience managing products aimed at developers, particularly in the AI or Web3 spaces.
• Blockchain Knowledge: Familiarity with blockchain technologies and how they intersect with AI.
• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field. Advanced degrees are a plus.
• Cultural Fit: Highly proactive, autonomous, and communicative, with a commitment to data-driven decision-making and a strong alignment with Sahara AI’s vision and values.
