As the technical lead, you'll collaborate closely with Business Development, Capture, and Proposal teams, identifying, tailoring, and integrating technical capabilities to address customer requirements and position our company for success. If you're ready to elevate your career and make a tangible impact in the world of technology, we invite you to join us on this exciting journey.Solutions Architects will• Leverage domain expertise, develop comprehensive understanding of customer requirements, and lead the development of a complete and highest-rated technical solution and price competitive proposal. • Work with the strategists and account teams to identify innovative solution components to vet with the customer.• Support demonstrations, whitepapers, industry days, and other customer engagements to understand and ultimately shape the opportunity.• Identify technical resources needed to support Pre-B&P and B&P activities.• Executes best practices and leads development of solutions and proposals to unusually complex problems which require a high degree of ingenuity and innovation; and collaborate with technical business units to craft unique solutions to respond to customer challenges.• Lead or support the development of the Technical Solution including our Approach, Graphics, and Roadmap with differentiated strengths, incorporating win strategies, tailoring Team SAIC capabilities to the customer problem set, and scoping the solution to the customer’s cost/risk tolerance.• Support capture with customer meetings by presenting SAIC's capabilities, services and solutions.Qualifications• Bachelors and 18 years or more of related experience; relevant years of experience may be considered in lieu of a degree• Background in network engineering and complex systems-of-systems; background in systems thinking, highly desirable• Demonstrated expertise developing and integrating mission-focused, complex, innovative solutions• Tech proficiency in software integration, modern DevSecOps, cloud infrastructure, cloud apps migration, data-centric architectures, or similar fields• Proficient knowledge of Agile principles and of applying these for proposal development• Experience winning large, complex government Engineering, IT, or Mission Support programs; programs within C5ISR domains, highly desirable• Extensive proposal experience leading or supporting technical solution development (>$100M)• Understanding of technology methodologies, best practices, delivery models or frameworks relevant to individuals’ domain area expertise• Demonstrated leadership capability to articulate a solution across all stakeholders and leadership• Expert-level written and verbal communication skills; experience transitioning solution into written/oral proposal• Ability to work in dynamic and time-sensitive environment, including occasional evenings and weekends during live proposal to meet delivery timelines when necessary• Understand costs, schedule and level of effort associated with delivering a solution• Ability to travel as required up to 25%Desired Skills• Familiarity with the military C5ISR environment• Understanding of Air Force Command and Control and Battle ManagementTarget salary range $200,001 - $240,000.
