We are seeking a highly motivated and dedicated Call Center Customer Service Agent to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our valued customers, providing exceptional service and support while handling inquiries and resolving issues efficiently. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills, a passion for helping others, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment

Job: Full time

Pay Range: $950 - $1200 weekly

 Responsibilities:

  • Answer inbound calls in a friendly and professional manner.
  • Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback with a solution-oriented approach.
  • Provide accurate information regarding products, services, and promotions.
  • Process orders, forms, and applications as required by customers.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of company offerings and industry trends.
  • Document all customer interactions in the appropriate database.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent; additional education in customer service or related field preferred.
  • Proven experience in a customer service role, preferably in a call center environment.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and a customer-centric mindset.
  • Comfortable using computers and various software applications.
  • Ability to handle high call volumes while maintaining professionalism.
