THE POSITION

FanDuel Group is looking to add a Salesforce Administrator to the Customer Applications team to solve user problems that are encountered daily. This Salesforce Administrator will look to implement long-term solutions to limit requests and build out a more robust production support framework to scale with our business.


THE GAME PLAN

Everyone on our team has a part to play

  • Expertise in Salesforce Sales Cloud or Service Cloud
  • Assist in managing Salesforce users, profiles, permission sets, roles, sharing rules, and security controls on the Salesforce platform
  • Assist in managing Salesforce users, profiles, permission sets, roles, sharing rules, and security controls on Salesforce
  • Create and implement changes to objects, fields, validation rules, basic formulas, page layouts, record types, and Lightning pages
  • Deep expertise with Salesforce reporting & dashboard creation, macro building, email template and letterhead creation, folder management and other basic Salesforce platform features
  • Develop and maintain effective documentation on configuration in confluence and Jira


THE STATS

What we’re looking for in our next teammate

  • 1 years of experience with the Salesforce platform as an Administrator preferred. If not available, background as a power user or Trailhead user required
  • Salesforce Admin 201 certification or Salesforce Associate certifications
  • Experience in an online or SAAS based business preferred
  • Experience of developing solutions for a contact center environment preferred
  • Experience of working in an Agile delivery environment using tools and techniques such as Scrum, Kanban, Confluence and Jira
  • Proven ability to work creatively and analytically to solve problems

The applicable salary range for this position is $74,000 - $96,600, which is dependent on a variety of factors including relevant experience, location, business needs and market demand. This role may offer the following benefits: medical, vision, and dental insurance; life insurance; disability insurance; a 401(k) matching program; among other employee benefits. This role may also be eligible for short-term or long-term incentive compensation, including, but not limited to, cash bonuses and stock program participation.

This role includes flexible time off (including unlimited paid time off for full-time employees) and 13 paid company holidays. FanDuel offers paid sick time in accordance with all applicable state and federal laws
