We are currently seeking an experienced and proactive Account Manager to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing and nurturing relationships with our B2B clients to ensure their satisfaction and success.

• Proven experience in account management or similar customer-facing roles, preferably in the B2B software industry
• Strong understanding of the SaaS business model and ability to navigate complex customer organizations
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with clients and understand their needs
• Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders and decision-makers
• Strong organizational and time management skills to efficiently handle multiple client accounts
• Proactive approach to problem-solving and addressing customer concerns
• Ability to identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities within existing accounts
• Experience with CRM software and customer success tools
• Self-motivated and result-oriented mindset with a focus on customer satisfaction
• Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams to meet client needs
