Project Manager/ Client Management - Valuation Services

About the Role:Grade Level (for internal use):09The Team:The valuation services team is a strong group of professionals who assist our clients with their valuation needs both software and services. Our team has great collaboration with multiple teams (sales, product, service delivery, commercial strategy, etc) and is a key component to our valuation team and S&P Global. We take pride in delivering quality service on time and maintaining strong relationships with our client base.Responsibilities and Impact:• The Project Manager will be responsible for organizing, leading, and executing strategic projects to fulfill the needs of the QVAL Business• QVAL Migration Project - The Project Manager will organize and execute a plan to migrate all users of the legacy QVAL product over to the new interface. This includes managing the project plan, engaging clients, providing an overview of the process and a plan with the client, identifying any revenue opportunities, executing the migration, providing post-migration training/support, and providing management with regular updates on the progress.• Valuation Services - While the primary responsibility will be project management, the ideal candidate will have general valuation knowledge and experience and can assist in valuation service engagements and product/support-related questions.• Client Opportunities - The candidate must be willing and able to assist in client opportunities such as product training, product demonstrations, Proof of Concepts, etc.• Team Collaboration - An important part of this role will be to work across multiple teams to achieve goals and drive the business in the right direction. There will be collaboration with the Enterprise Solutions business, sales teams, product and development teams, client support, and valuation services teams.Compensation/Benefits Information:S&P Global states that the anticipated base salary range for this position is $51,289.00 to $91,872.25. Final base salary for this role will be based on the individual’s geographic location, as well as experience level, skill set, training, licenses and certifications. In addition to base compensation, this role is eligible for an annual incentive plan. This role is eligible to receive additional S&P Global benefits.
