Il tuo ruolo
Come Sales Development Representative Welfare, sarai tra le prime persone a unirti al nostro nuovo team a Napoli. Ti aspetta un’avventura entusiasmante: guidato da un Business Development Manager e a fianco di un team di Business Developers, sarai fondamentale nel generare nuove opportunità per introdurre i prodotti Welfare di Satispay!

La tua missione:

  • Generazione di lead. Creare nuove opportunitĂ  di business attraverso attivitĂ  di chiamate a freddo.

  • Sviluppo di nuove opportunitĂ  di business. Contattare le principali figure chiave di  aziende in target (come titolari, responsabili HR, amministrativi o acquisti) per fissare un appuntamento di proposta dei nostri prodotti, presentando Satispay come soluzione welfare per le loro aziende.

  • Collaborazione costante con il Team di Inside Sales. Ti occuperai di contattare il potenziale cliente, ingaggiandolo nella conversazione e presentando per la prima volta i prodotti Satispay. Il tuo obiettivo sarĂ  quello di costruire una solida pipeline e alimentare il calendario dei tuoi colleghi, che si occuperanno infine di presentare al cliente una proposta di contratto.

Il profilo ideale:

  • Attitudine commerciale e capacitĂ  di comunicazione. Hai una forte propensione commerciale, ottime capacitĂ  negoziali e relazionali. Hai avuto qualche esperienza precedente nel mondo delle vendite e sai come ingaggiare la conversazione con un potenziale cliente.

  • Motivazione e adattabilitĂ . Sei una persona fortemente motivata, adattabile e pronta a metterti in gioco in un ambiente internazionale dinamico.

  • Comunicazione e collaborazione. Sei una persona con spiccate doti organizzative  e capace di lavorare sia in autonomia che in team. Sei fluente in italiano e inglese, hai eccellenti capacitĂ  relazionali e un approccio orientato alla proattivitĂ  e alla creativitĂ .

  • Passione e orientamento ai risultati. Sei una persona orientata ai risultati, imprenditoriale e appassionata del suo lavoro, con una forte determinazione a raggiungere e superare gli obiettivi in un contesto dinamico e sfidante. Sai organizzare il tuo lavoro al meglio, rispettando le scadenze e raggiungendo gli obiettivi su base mensile.
