Role Overview
As a Senior Partnership Manager - Connect & PagoPA, you will play a crucial role in expanding our PagoPa Software by establishing strategic partnerships with associations and software houses to drive the adoption of our PagoPA software. You will also spearhead the identification and development of innovative business opportunities, contributing to the company’s long-term growth and success.
Your mission:
Strategic Partnership Development. Identify and establish collaborations with key associations and software houses to enhance our market reach. Build mutually beneficial relationships to integrate and distribute our PagoPA solutions in sectors such as healthcare and automotive.
New Business Development. Explore untapped markets and propose creative, scalable business ideas to address emerging needs. Use tools like Sales Navigator, Lusha, and other prospecting platforms to identify leads and drive end-to-end business development cycles—from initial contact to closing strategic partnerships.
Client Relationship Management. Engage effectively with C-Level stakeholders to build strong, long-term relationships. Act as a trusted advisor to partners and clients, understanding their needs and crafting tailored solutions that align with their goals.
Performance Monitoring. Track and analyze your business development activities using our CRM system. Prepare actionable reports for management, ensuring you meet or exceed individual and team targets.
Cross-Functional Collaboration. Work closely with internal teams to align on strategy, coordinate execution, and share insights to refine our business development approach. Contribute to achieving team OKRs and fostering a culture of innovation.
Your ideal profile:
Proven Experience. 4–6 years of experience in a Business Development role, with a strong focus on building partnerships and executing outbound strategies. A track record of success in acquiring B2B clients and driving revenue growth is essential.
Entrepreneurial Spirit and Creativity. You have a proactive and innovative mindset, capable of identifying opportunities and developing creative solutions in a fast-paced, evolving market environment.
Strategic Thinking and Execution. Strong analytical skills with the ability to process complex information and make data-driven decisions. You are adept at balancing short-term execution with long-term strategic planning.
Communication and Relationship-Building Skills. Excellent communicator in both Italian and English, capable of engaging effectively with diverse stakeholders, from technical teams to executives. Skilled at fostering trust and collaboration.
Adaptability and Resilience. You excel in fast-paced environments, confidently navigate uncertainty, take full ownership of challenges, and drive them to impactful resolutions with determination and focus.
Results-Driven. A self-starter with a proven ability to exceed performance targets, demonstrating both entrepreneurial ambition and a commitment to delivering tangible results.
