Regional Vice President, Field Sales

The RVP Sales (TOLA +) will serve as a key member of the Saviynt Revenue Team supporting North America. This role will drive the strategy and execution of all sales initiatives across the region which includes Texas, Oklahoma, Louisiana, Missouri and Kansas. You will ensure short and long-term revenue expansion, including setting the strategic direction to meet revenue goals.


WHAT YOU WILL DO
  • Revenue - Direct responsibility for the leadership of the field sales organization within the region and driving growth.
  • Go-to-Market – Be part of crafting and executing the overall sales strategy to encompass the products. Drive all business from initial lead through the entire customer lifecycle to maximize revenue.
  • Execution – Drive profitable subscription revenue growth in a purposeful way. Assess and improve current customer relationships. Create and execute short- and long-term channel strategies. The ultimate goal is to build a highly metric-driven and predictable revenue team.
  • Scale - Propose & implement necessary adjustments to optimize performance and build/refine the infrastructure to facilitate ambitious & exciting growth.
  • Training and Development - Manage a team of Enterprise and Major Account Executives including team structure, hiring, performance assessment, coaching and feedback, team succession planning, and training.
  • Customer Advocate - Work closely with marketing and product organizations to create a strong, collaborative partnership that will ensure success in competitive positioning, market awareness, and execution.


WHAT YOU BRING
  • Minimum 8 years of sales leadership experience within a SaaS-based product, Identity and Cyber Security highly preferred.
  • Highly instrumented and analytic sales executive.
  • Process-driven with the ability to use a quantitative approach to apply business insights to sales.
  • Dynamic executive with the ability to strategically build innovative sales models combined with the tactical ability to execute.
  • Has seen a growth journey but has the ability to scale down.
  • Ability to travel 40-60%

- Complete security & privacy literacy and awareness training during onboarding and annually thereafter

- Review (initially and annually thereafter), understand, and adhere to Information Security/Privacy Policies and Procedures such as (but not limited to):
