By collaborating with our Enterprise Sales and Account Managers, the RSM will activate locations, nurture relationships, and execute growth strategies to drive exceptional outcomes.ASSIGNMENT (should you choose us and we choose you!)• Lead prospecting efforts to generate and qualify new leads• Maintain an updated sales pipeline in our CRM, HubSpot• Schedule and conduct meetings with prospective customers, showcasing Dispatch’s value• Develop and nurture client relationships, supporting their success with Dispatch’s solutions• Oversee service rollout and implementation at branch-level locations• Provide regular updates to senior leadership on pipeline status, meetings, and activation progressWHAT YOU BRING TO THE TEAM & DISPATCH• Minimum 3 years of experience in Enterprise sales with proven achievement• 3+ years of experience with CRM systems; HubSpot experience preferred• Ability to accurately forecast business on a monthly and quarterly basis• Strong multitasking, prioritization, and time-management skills• Excellent written and verbal communication, with a proactive, self-driven mindsetWHY YOU’LL LOVE WORKING WITH US• Compensation: Base salary range: $62,000 - $72,000 annually, plus uncapped commission based incentives.• Remote Work: Flexibility to work from anywhere.• Health Insurance: Comprehensive medical plans, including a $0 cost plan for individuals.• Dental and Vision Insurance: Coverage for preventive care and other services.• 401(K) with match: Dispatch matches 50% of employee contributions up to 6%.• Paid Parental Leave: 4 weeks of paid time off for welcoming a new family member.• Flexible PTO: A minimum of 10 days off per year, with no maximum limit.• Professional Development: Reimbursement of up to $500 annually for career growth.• Technology Stipend: Monthly stipends for remote work essentials and phone use.And so much more…At Dispatch, we are passionate about exceptional outcomes and experiences and we value the unique backgrounds and experiences that everyone brings.
