Description du poste

CDI à Nantes (pas de freelance) / Statut cadre / 2 jours de télétravail par semaine
Min. 4 ans d'expérience en gestion de projets informatiques
Rémunération selon votre expérience et vos compétences : 38 à 43K€ bruts annuels (hors avantages Scalian)

Quel sera votre rôle ?

Nous accompagnons nos clients grands comptes, spécialisés dans différents secteurs d'activité dans leurs projets, et recherchons des PMO IT (F/H) à Nantes pour renforcer nos équipes. Vos missions s'articulent autour des 4 axes suivants :

  • Vous élaborez, suivez et mettez à jour les budgets des projets informatiques. Vous analysez les écarts budgétaires et proposez des mesures correctives pour garantir le respect des contraintes financières
  • Vous collaborez à l'établissement des plans de projet, participez à l'identification des besoins en ressources, et intégrez les exigences budgétaires
  • Vous mettez en place des outils de suivi des performances, préparez des rapports sur l'état financier des projets, et analysez les données pour soutenir la prise de décision et l'optimisation des projets
  • Vous contribuez à l'optimisation des processus et des outils de gestion de projet, et participez activement à la diffusion des connaissances et des bonnes pratiques au sein de l'équipe.

  • Vous développerez vos compétences en planification de projets et en gestion budgétaire et en planification de projets au sein de grands groupes
  • Vous apporterez votre expertise en intervenant sur des projets variés et techniquement riches, répondant à des enjeux divers.
  • Au-delà du suivi de votre mission réalisé par le Business Manager, votre Team Manager vous accompagnera dans votre évolution de carrière (besoins en formation, programme de coaching sur mesure…). Vous rejoindrez également l’une de nos cinq squads Scalian et pourrez vous impliquer dans nos cellules de pratiques

Qualifications

Ce que nous recherchons chez vous

  • Titulaire d’un Bac+5, vous justifiez d’au moins 4 ans d’expérience en gestion de projets informatiques.
  • Vous maîtrisez la gestion budgétaire et êtes à l’aise avec la planification de projets. Vous avez des compétences en analyse des données financières et en élaboration de rapports de suivi.
  • Vous êtes proactif(ve) dans l'identification des risques et la mise en œuvre de stratégies d'atténuation.
  • Vous avez le sens du service, la volonté de progresser, et faites preuve d'engagement dans la réussite des projets
