We are hiring a  Maintenance   Supervisor  to support our overnight pizza plant operations in  Salina, KS . In this night shift role you will guide up to 20 maintenance technicians through routine maintenance of our pizza equipment, typically during downtimes. Our schedule for this position is an every other weekend position typically from 11 p.m. to 7:30 a.m . with some flexibility based on personal circumstances and plant need. You would work 6 days per week when you are working a weekend, then 4 days the other. 

Responsibilities:

  • Supervising the maintenance responsibilities and team, including predictive maintenance, equipment repair and rebuilds, electrical, refrigeration, grounds equipment, noise control and maintenance training programs.
  • Supervises facility maintenance activities including predictive maintenance, floor maintenance, diagnosis and repair, and emergency maintenance.
  • Plans routine maintenance, schedules, and follows up on problems to develop solutions.
  • Ensures that maintenance is performed to maximize available run time.
  • Monitors breakdowns, determine needs, and assigns resources.

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required. 
  • 5+ years related experience in maintenance, including 2+ years leading teams.
  • Must have knowledge and skills in the technologies of general construction, electrical systems, electronic systems, microprocessors, mechanical systems, (e.g., production/process refrigeration boilers HVAC hydraulics and pneumatics) and computerized maintenance management systems.
  • Demonstrated experience with maintenance scheduling and planning is preferred. 
  • Working knowledge of food plant production and processing equipment preferred.
  • Knowledge of occupational hazards, safety, EPA regulations, USDA, and sanitation standards preferred.

Compensation and Benefits: 

The base salary range for this position is $66,375 to $110,625 annually with eligibility for a 10% annual incentive bonus that is based on organizational performance. The pay range represents the numerous factors considered in the hiring decisions including, but not limited to education, skills, work experience, certifications, geography etc. As such, starting pay for the successful candidate(s) could fall anywhere within the stated range.
