We’re looking for a driven and experienced Account Executive to launch and grow our healthcare division. This is a unique opportunity to combine your expertise in SaaS sales with the chance to shape the future of a high-growth company breaking into a thriving market.

What You Will Do

  • Build from the ground up: Take the lead as a founding member of our healthcare sales division. Define best practices, establish processes, and set the foundation for long-term success.

  • Drive new business: Prospect and close deals with healthcare clients, collaborating with our partnerships team to identify high-potential opportunities.

  • Collaborate for success: Work hand-in-hand with marketing to create impactful collateral that speaks to the needs of the healthcare market.

  • Leverage top-notch support: Partner with our experienced sales engineer and utilize cutting-edge tools to accelerate your pipeline.

  • Sell a product customers love: Represent a SaaS solution that delivers real value, ensuring your prospects are as excited as you are about the possibilities.

What You Must Have 

  • 4 to 7+ years of SaaS sales expertise: Proven success in selling SaaS solutions, especially in new verticals or untapped markets. 

  • Startup Mindset: Experience building or contributing to a sales division from scratch—or strong ideas on how to do it right.

  • Healthcare Experience: Deep expertise within the healthcare industry is 100% required. 

  • Collaborative Leader: A team player who thrives on working across departments to drive results.

  • A willingness to travel up to 25% of the time.

Pay Transparency

  • Base Salary: The OTE for this role is estimated to be $250,000 OTE ($125K - base | $125K commissions).

  • Salary Structure: Our salary ranges are determined by market analysis and are designed to evolve with job performance over time.

  • Additional Benefits: Beyond base salaries, SearchStax employees enjoy a comprehensive benefits package, with potential for equity and performance-based bonuses.
