About the Role

Ready to build something extraordinary? We’re hiring a founding Enterprise Account Executive! 

We’re looking for a driven and experienced Account Executive to help build our Enterprise GTM motion. In addition, you’ll also have complete ownership of all Enterprise sales opportunities at SearchStax. You’ll partner closely with our Partnership, Marketing, and Sales teams to build a GTM process which ensures sustained revenue growth

What You Will Do

  • Build from the ground up: Take the lead as a founding member of our Enterprise sales team. Define best practices, establish processes, and set the foundation for long-term success.

  • Drive new business: Prospect and close deals with Solr clients, collaborating with our partnerships team to identify high-potential opportunities.

  • Collaborate for success: Work hand-in-hand with marketing to create impactful collateral that speaks to the needs of the market.

  • Leverage top-notch support: Partner with our experienced sales engineer and utilize cutting-edge tools to accelerate your pipeline.

  • Sell a product customers love: Represent a SaaS solution that delivers real value, ensuring your prospects are as excited as you are about the possibilities.

What You Must Have 

  • 4 to 7+ years of Enterprise SaaS sales expertise: Proven success in selling SaaS solutions to large Enterprises, especially in new verticals or untapped markets. 

  • Direct Experience: Proven success in selling Enterprise IaaS, with established relationships among technical and executive decision-makers.

  • Startup Mindset: Experience building or contributing to a sales division from scratch—or strong ideas on how to do it right.

Pay Transparency

  • Base Salary: The OTE for this position is $300,000. $150,000 base $150,000 commissions.

  • Salary Structure: Our salary ranges are determined by market analysis and are designed to evolve with job performance over time.

  • Additional Benefits: Beyond base salaries, SearchStax employees enjoy a comprehensive benefits package, with potential for equity and performance-based bonuses.

We work hard to present an equitable and fair offer. We look at the candidate’s knowledge, skills, and experience, along with their compensation expectations and align that with our company equity processes to determine our offer ranges.
Each we review company performance and may grant discretionary bonuses to eligible team members.
