About the Role
As Senior Manager of Business Technology you will be the technical and operational leader of the Business Systems team within Revenue Operations. You will develop and maintain key components of the go to market tech stack, including our CRM and all connected technologies. It’s your responsibility to map out, design, and optimize the ideal ecosystem for our GTM tools. You’ll be responsible for working with colleagues in Ops and IT to support our Sales and CX orgs’ technological needs.
Who You Are
- Ownership of the go-to-market & Customer Success tech stack in prior roles (responsible for selecting tools, implementing, maintenance & support.)
- 6+ years of experience with SFDC
- 4+ Years in Sales Operations, Business Systems/ Operations, Revenue Operations
- 3+ Years managing a technical Team
- Experience leading large transformation projects (I.e Lightning migration, launching custom Apps, Integrations with major systems like Gainsight, Marketo, Enrichment tools, etc.)
- Experience with Gainsight, Zendesk, Outreach, Clari and/or similar systems
- SFDC Admin Certification required
- SFDC Data Architecture & Management Designer
- SFDC Integration Architecture Designer
- SFDC System Architect
Responsibilities
- Build, and execute a strategy to deliver world-class systems and tools optimized for the full customer journey.
- Stay up to date with new technologies that will lead to further optimization or increased productivity.
- Own and drive the tech stack roadmap for Sales, Customer Success, Partnerships and other GTM efforts. You will partner with the Operational Leaders to project manage all new integrations and tool implementations for the GTM teams.
- Create and lead a change management process to build a clear organizational understanding of the proposed changes, establish key stakeholders and keep them informed and aligned, and deploy new products, services, and enhancements
- Partner with Enablement to develop training and deployment plans focused on user adoption and realization of systems
- Manage a team of technical professionals, providing guidance and support of ongoing projects and future state project planning
- Own and manage the data architecture behind our systems and work with Legal and Compliance to ensure compliance across our entire tech stack.
