We are seeking an experienced HRIS and Payroll Implementation and Support Manager to lead high-touch implementations and provide exceptional ongoing support for our HRIS and Payroll solutions. This role will be essential to ensuring a seamless experience for our clients, particularly for complex implementations. The ideal candidate has a strong background in payroll, implementation, and customer support, with a passion for delivering high-quality service and building strong client relationships.
What You Will Bring to the Table:
The estimated annual cash salary for this role is $94,500 - $139,000. This position is also eligible for incentive stock options, subject to the terms of Lattice’s applicable plans

You’ll be the face of Lattice for your assigned clients, guiding them through the transition and addressing their needs. Excelling in project management is crucial; you'll develop detailed plans and keep stakeholders in the loop with timelines and milestones. Your technical expertise will shine as you provide ongoing support and troubleshooting for clients post-go-live, customizing solutions as needed. You won't just be managing projects; you'll also empower users by conducting training sessions, fostering effective use of our systems. Throughout this journey, you’ll document processes, improve them based on feedback, and collaborate with internal teams to drive enhancements. With a minimum of 5 years of payroll and HRIS implementation experience under your belt, you'll bring exceptional problem-solving abilities and communication skills to build strong relationships and deliver high-quality results.
